Questions
What counts as a pallet?
A standard Australian pallet is 1165 by 1165 mm. Tell us the height and weight. Oversize is fine, it is priced by the cubic metre instead.
Do you do tailgate delivery?
Yes. Say so when you ask for a quote and we book a truck with a tailgate lifter. Homes and sites without a dock need one.
Can you move my car with my interstate move?
Yes. We book it with a car carrier in our network and put it on the same quote as the rest of your move.
Road or rail to Perth?
Rail suits big, heavy loads crossing the Nullarbor when time is not tight. Road can be quicker. We quote both so you can compare.
Is there anything you will not carry?
Yes. We do not carry dangerous goods or perishables. Our Terms list the rest.
