Questions

How is air freight charged?

On the greater of actual weight and volume weight (length by width by height in cm, divided by 6000). Light, bulky goods pay on volume.

Should I send part of my move by air?

Yes. Send the things you need straight away. A few cartons by air means you have them while the rest of the household goes by sea, which costs less.

Do you arrange customs on arrival?

Yes. We arrange it through licensed customs brokers we work with. Household goods coming into Australia need the B534 statement, signed by the owner. See our customs page.

What can I not send?

Dangerous goods and perishables. If you are not sure of something, ask us before you pack it.
